The Professional Edition builds upon the basic benefits of the Personal Edition. It's for

The Professional Edition tracks every page they look at and when they looked at it. You have access to various Activity reports that can show you who was on your web site within a certain time frame and what they looked at. You can also look at all the pages and property lisitings  a particular prospect viewed.

Every night we take all this information and run it through our proprietary activity ranking formula. The result: All your prospects are placed into one of five groups. If a prospect is in one of the bottom two groups, you should not spend any personal time trying to follow up with them. If you have extra time, you may want to contact the people in the middle group.

You will want to contact and develop a personal relationship with all the people in the top two groups. Compared to the other prospects on your site, they are your top ones. It is our experience that if you do not have a close relationship with someone that is in one of the top two groups, then they are most likely working with another agent and simply using you for free information.
